The Texas A&M School of Law Library is a host for the Mayflower Compact Exhibit, a traveling exhibit from the American Bar Association (ABA) Standing Committee on the Law Library of Congress. You can view the exhibit in the Law Library from March 20th-31st.
The ABA’s Standing Committee on the Law Library of Congress will mark the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower Compact with a new traveling exhibit, Join In! The Rise of Self-Governance and American Organizing from the Mayflower Compact to the Modern Day.
Beginning with the Mayflower Compact and transitioning to the exploration of American voluntary associations and civil societies, the exhibit features content and commentary from the Law Library of Congress’s collections. The exhibit will be shown at venues across the United States.
