  • American Jurisprudence Legal Forms, [Westlaw] 2d ed. 54 vols. KF170.A4 1971, Row 41A.  The set includes additional volumes entitled Federal Tax Guide to Legal Forms. Contains transactional forms.
  • Nichols Cyclopedia of Legal Forms Annotated, [Westlaw] 40 vols. KF170.N5 1936, Row 41A.  Contains slightly more context and discussion.  Tax guidance is included in the chapters rather than in separate volumes but is not as extensive.  
  • Nichols, Clark A. Nichols Cyclopedia of Federal Procedure Forms, [Westlaw] This work provides commentary and forms for federal civil and criminal procedures arranged by type of form or action. It does not contain forms for bankruptcy or cases before federal administrative adjudicatory bodies like the FTC or SEC.  
  • Rabkin & Johnson, Current Legal Forms, with Tax Analysis, [Lexis] 34 vols. KF170.R3 1941, Row 41A. Provides greater depth in its analysis of the substantive law.
  • West's Legal Forms, [Westlaw] 2d ed. 30 vols. KF1384.A65 W48, Row 48A.  
  • West's Federal Forms, [Westlaw]. The forms are arranged by type of federal court, including the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, district courts, admiralty courts, bankruptcy courts, and federal courts of limited subject matter jurisdiction like the U.S. Tax Court. 
  • Williston on Contracts: Forms,  [Westlaw] 4th ed. 5 vols. KF801.W54 1990, Row 45A. Contains forms selected from American Jurisprudence Legal Forms and Nichols Cyclopedia of Legal Forms.  Each form is supported by at least one cross-reference to the discussion of the law in the larger 35+ volume set of Williston on Contracts.  The set does not contain much practical drafting advice.
  • Bender's Federal Practice Forms, [Lexis] Focuses on those forms which would be used in general civil, appellate, criminal, post-conviction, bankruptcy, courts of international trade, and Supreme Court practice at the federal level. Each section contains analytical commentary before providing forms. 
  • Federal Procedural Forms, [Westlaw] this form book contains federal procedural guides and procedural forms arranged by topic, with notes and references. Includes civil, criminal, and administrative forms.
