Howdy and welcome to TAMU Law! The Law Library is glad you’re here. Don't forget to subscribe to Exhibit A, our library blog, at http://law.tamu.libguides.com/blog for weekly library and research tips! Here's the first tip of the semester...

Did you know that all of the required books for current in-residence courses are on reserve in the Law Library’s Course Reserves Collection? And if you need a place to peruse your course materials, the library has dozens of seats available for students in our Reading Room and throughout the library. You can also reserve a study room if you want a place for quiet study. To reserve a study room, just click here!

The Course Reserves Collection is located at the Circulation Desk. Don’t worry if you inadvertently left your course book at home for the day. Just stop by and ask to borrow ours! Reserve items can be checked out for use within the library only, and pages may be scanned using the library's digital scanners. Here are the details:

  • You can check out a book and either read it in the library or use our copy room to scan the pages you need.
  • Scanning is free; just make sure you send the scan to your TAMU email address.
  • When you're done scanning, simply return the book to the Circulation Desk.

Following these procedures will help ensure that the library can make reserve books available to all students.

Best wishes for a pleasant and productive semester!

Your Dee J. Kelly Law Library
