Public Patron's Guide to Alternative Dispute Resolution

Welcome

Welcome to the Dee J. Kelly Law Library!

Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") describes methods of resolving disputes outside the courtroom.  These methods generally entail using a neutral third party to facilitate the settlement of the dispute.  This guide provides information on some (but not all) ADR resources located in the law library collection. You may also search the Law Library catalog for additional family law resources.

Per our Reference PolicyLaw Librarians CANNOT conduct research for others, answer questions about the law, nor provide advice that may be construed as the professional judgment of a legal expert.
